10. Account Deletion
Users can permanently delete their account directly from within the app by navigating to:
Profile → More → Delete Account
- Upon confirmation, all personal data associated with the account will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days
- Account access ends immediately after deletion is confirmed
- Some records may be retained where required by applicable law, fraud prevention, billing disputes, or security obligations
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
JINN TV – REFUND POLICY
All subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable.
1. Non-Refundable Subscriptions
Jinn TV does not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused subscription time.
2. Exceptions
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Verified technical failures preventing access
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
JINN TV – CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- You will retain access until the current period expires
- No prorated refunds are issued
2. Cancellation by Jinn TV
We may suspend or terminate accounts due to:
- Non-payment
- Violation of Terms
- Fraudulent activity
3. Effect of Cancellation
- Access to streaming content will cease according to subscription status and billing cycle
- Account data may be retained as described in this Privacy Policy
